Welcome to Songbird Energy Healing! Sara Coyne, owner and founder has been on the healing path
for 17 years and loves being a channel to help others heal themselves! She offers Reiki and Sound
Healings by appointment, as well as monthly sound baths. She began her Reiki journey in 2005, where she dove head first into the holistic
healing arts. In 2012, she became a certified Reiki Master Teacher, and throughout this process she has
learned so much this wonderful modality of healing.
REIKI DISTANCE HEALING
Reiki energy can transcend time/space and be sent anywhere in the world to anyone. A long-distance Reiki healing treatment is not done by phone, but rather a decided-on time frame to receive the energy healing. Sara recommends that your healing take place on a day off or at the end of your day, so that you can be relaxed and undisturbed for 60 minutes while she sends the Reiki. She will need your exact physical
location, and time zone where you will receive your healing.
REIKI ENERGY HEALING
Reiki is a hands-on Japanese energy healing technique that focuses on healing the whole person: body,
mind and spirit. Reiki works within the chakra system (energy centers) of each person by allowing blocked energy to be released, so energy flow can be restored and balanced. It helps reduce stress, promotes peace, relaxation and wellbeing.

My session with Sara was more than I could have imagined. She not only performed healing reiki, but after the session she told me what she felt and areas that were blocked or needed more care.
