Service Description

Reiki is a hands-on Japanese energy healing technique that focuses on healing the whole person: body, mind and spirit. Reiki works within the chakra system (energy centers) of each person by allowing blocked energy to be released, so energy can be restored and balanced. It helps reduce stress, promotes peace, relaxation and wellbeing. Sara combines other healing modalities such as Shamanic Munay Ki, EFT, IET and Crystal Healing, as well as intuitively incorporating sound healing into each session with Tibetan singing bowls, quartz crystal singing bowls and tuning forks. Each client can expect to leave feeling lighter, refreshed and recharged. **At the end of the session there will be an energy reading where Sara will discuss what she felt was present in the energy field, this can take anywhere from 15-30 minutes.
